It is the client`s and therapist's shared responsibility to respect each other’s boundaries.
This is a professional massage performed by a professional masseur. Therefore, the boundaries of both the patient and the therapist are respected.
The patient remains in underwear, covered with a blanket, and the intimate parts of the body remain covered during the procedure at all times. The patient’s privacy is strictly respected.
In a full body massage, the back, arms, back and front of the legs and chest are massaged.
In partial body massage: head, neck, back of hands and, in case of hypertonic pectorals muscles, torso. In partial massage of lower body: legs (front and back), chest wall – if necessary to realign intercostals muscles.
In sports massage: buttocks as the gluteal muscle area is very important to release to maintain correct alignments of the muscles.
Suggestions for massage of intimate parts or suggestions to obtain by the client massage other than remedial, deep tissue or sports massage are not allowed and will not be tolerated.
Shall this happen, the massage/therapy will be terminated immediately with no right for a refund.

Schedule/Cancellation Policy
At Catherine – Holistic Massages, Beauties and Therapies I am aware that everyone experiences unexpected things from time to time. I have implemented the following policies because I want to serve all of my clients fairly and effectively:
Cancelling an appointment requires a 48-hour notice. This gives someone else the chance to make an appointment. If a cancellation is made without 48 hours’ notice, a €25 fee applies. Future appointments might need to be paid for in advance.
Arriving late: Times for your appointments have been set aside especially for you. Your session can be cut short if you are running behind schedule so that other people who have appointments after you could get in in time. I will then decide if there is enough time left to begin a treatment, depending on how late you arrive. You will be paying for the “full” session, regardless of how long the treatment really takes; however, I will try to keep to the allocated time.
DEPOSIT €50 REQUIRED FOR Beauty Treatments:
This service requires extra time to set up before treatment, and extra time to clean up, disinfection, sanitizing afterwards. If someone cancels late or doesn’t show up for their scheduled time it affects my livelihood and time I could have scheduled another client.
